Chip Egbert has spent his 24-year career involved in the financial, insurance, and real estate industries. He began his professional career as a stockbroker and thereafter accepted a position as the Chief Operating Officer for the Michigan Association of Home Builders. Then, for over a decade, Chip worked at one of the largest commercial insurance companies in the Nation.
Chip’s experience over the years has built long lasting relationships with business leaders, lenders, developers, and investors. His passion for Commercial Real Estate led him to the industry where he has spent the last few years helping his clients.
Now joining KJ Commercial, he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of investment and user properties. Chip approaches each assignment with an aggressive, results driven strategy, which returns most favorable outcomes for his clients.
He earned his degree in Business Administration from Ferris State University while playing football for a Nationally ranked team, serving as Captain his last two years.
Chip is actively involved in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), St. Patrick’s School and Parish of White Lake, MI., and the Knights of Columbus.
