The property consisted of a 5,521 SF liquor store, commercial kitchen, ice cream shop, and 8 boat slips. Northshore Market is located on Lobdell Lake with over 50 years of operational history. 

Acting on behalf of the seller, a court-appointed receiver, KJ Commercial Brokers, Kevin Jappaya, CCIM, David Jappaya, and Preston Rabban, played a key role in the transaction, which included the transfer of both the property and business assets.  KJ Commercial skillfully navigated the sale process, which included the transfer of the SDD license (Michigan Liquor Control Commission), inventory, and goodwill.
