Patrick Foumia has spent the last decade in all aspects of Commercial and Residential Real Estate. In 2007, he began his career as a residential real estate agent in the Metro Detroit area giving him a diverse real estate background and an understanding of all facets of the real estate industry. In 2011, Patrick began a career in hospitality management. He is currently the president of Northern Hotels Group where he oversees operations for three Northern Michigan Hotels.
At KJ Commercial, Patrick specializes in the sale of Hospitality assets as well as selling and leasing of retail and office property throughout Michigan. His extensive knowledge in banking and finance and his numerous lender relationships throughout the state will help assist his clients here at KJ Commercial. Patrick also has diverse experience in franchise operations, giving him a unique perspective from the retailer side of the business.
Patrick is currently active and resides on a number of Convention and Visitors Bureaus (CVB’s) in Northern Michigan. His experience includes ongoing and enduring relationships with many Hoteliers and Management Companies throughout the Midwest.
Patrick is a proud alumni of the Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University where he gained his degree in Management. Patrick’s strong work ethic, energy and enthusiasm make him a valuable asset to the KJ Commercial Team.
