CCIM Transaction Award Winner – KJ Commercial
KJ Commercial was honored to receive the Preferred Partner Transaction Award from the CCIM Institute Michigan Chapter for the sale of Edelweiss Village, a 58,259 SF shopping center shadow-anchored by Walmart and Lowe’s in Gaylord, Michigan. The award was presented to KJ Commercial on February 19, 2026, during the chapter’s 2026 Annual Meeting.
