The results speak for themselves, with more than 20 confidentiality agreements executed and six offers received within the first week of marketing.
Our strategy ultimately resulted in a sale price $150,000 above the asking price to an all-cash buyer. The transaction closed just 20 days after execution of the Purchase Agreement, delivering a strong outcome for the seller in a challenging asset class.
