Gabriel Stanaj advises investors, developers, and business owners throughout Southeast Michigan on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties, identifying opportunities, evaluating potential sites, and guiding clients through the early stages of development and real estate investment planning.
Drawing on more than a decade of experience in the commercial and industrial construction industry, including retail, office, and industrial build-outs and ground-up commercial projects, Gabriel leverages this background and applies it to evaluating project costs, scope, and development considerations.
He works closely with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to support decision-making, coordinate early development considerations, and help move opportunities from initial planning through project delivery.
Gabriel is a graduate of the Wayne State University School of Business, where he earned a degree in finance. His financial background allows him to approach real estate with a strong understanding of investment analysis, market conditions, and project viability.
